This Sound & Vision workshop is an uplifting journey listening to the sounds of the crystal and Tibetan bowls, as well as the power of creative visualisations, for those of you that are ready and wanting to find something ‘more’ in your life. Techniques you can use on a daily basis to put yourself back into balance and harmony and to create a deeper healing and sense of wellbeing.

Sound has been used since ancient times by Pythagoras, who called it ‘musical medicine’ and is now commonly acknowledged for its transformational healing powers.
